Yes. The free plan is free forever — not a trial, not a freemium bait-and-switch. It's designed for very small organizations that don't need the advanced features in the paid plans. If you stay on free, you stay on free. We'll never force an upgrade or expire your account.
No. We think per-user pricing is a bad fit for nonprofits. Your board treasurer, executive director, bookkeeper, and read-only board members should all be able to access the books without you paying extra for each one. Starter and Professional plans include unlimited users at one flat monthly price.
Paid plan pricing will be announced at launch. If you join the waitlist, you'll be the first to know — and you'll be eligible for founding member rates, which will be lower than the standard launch pricing. We're committed to keeping this affordable for organizations running on lean budgets.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-month, you're prorated. If you downgrade, you keep access to your current plan's features until the end of your billing period, then move to the lower tier.
Your data is always yours. You can export everything — transactions, donor records, reports, chart of accounts — at any time, in standard formats. If you cancel, we'll give you 30 days to export before your account closes. We'll never delete your data without warning or hold it hostage behind a paywall.
